ad23a75d7a Check if all points in a path are unique. 
Because in some valid cases the same geometric point can be included in a path
several times we must force user to create unique point for each case. This
happens because we determine each point by point id.

d2057aa8ae Fixed issue #633. Valentina crashes when check for updates on Mac. 
This is temporary solution. We just disabled checking in release mode. User
still can crash program if go to About Valentina/Tape dialog anf click on button
Check update. Such a decidion will left us chance get more bug reports from
users.

f982bea7ba Add OpenSSL library to bundle to prevent error "QSslSocket error when SSL is 
NOT used".

Try to prevent crashes on Windows because OpenSSL library is not installed or
installed very old version. Also will help suppress annoying messages.

731eb9ec89 Refactoring. 
There is no automatic disconnection when the 'receiver' is destroyed because
it's a functor with no QObject. However, since 5.2 there is an overload which
adds a "context object". When that object is destroyed, the connection is
broken (the context is also used for the thread affinity: the lambda will be
called in the thread of the event loop of the object used as context).

afeeca30f6 Fixed regression after changing behaviour of tool cut curve (arc, spline, 
splinePath).

The tool doesn't produce substrings anymore. All links to substrings were
replaced by link to base curve. The regression happened between format version
0.2.7 and 0.3.0.

1a56b2721a Several changes related to layout export. 
Added tool button "Layout export" in section Layout. Should speed up calling
this feature.
Redesign dialog "Layout export". Changes in layout. Now user can change dialog
width.
Fixed bug with path to destination folder. Now the app will check each change
of path. If path after closing the dialog doesn't exist the app will try to
create a path.

fa2e0b13d0 Check if QProcess::waitForFinished was called after a process was finished. 
According to documentation QProcess::waitForFinished returns true if the process
finished; otherwise returns false (if the operation timed out, if an error
occurred, or if this QProcess is already finished). This last case is seems like
importnant in this case.

972dd36fcf Redesign printing system. ref #494. Printing is not working. 
Made complete redesign of printing code. Now the code check printer's dpi and
calculate  scale factor. Instead of printing with QImage buffer the code print
directly on printer. Help avoid limitations of QImage class.

Also removed menu option "Save as PDF". The option duplicate option "Export As"
and also mislead a user about purpose of option "Print preview".

bf58fb4486 Qt's but QTBUG-42846 "QNSView mouseDragged: Internal mouse button tracking 
invalid (missing Qt::LeftButton)" was fixed. No need to hide the warning message
anymore.
