Improve handling errors cases for points of intersection.
Instead of silence setting coordinate to (0;0) show a warning message. Also for tool "Point of Lines intersection" set coordinates to (0;0) instead of skipping creating a point. This will prevent failing to open a pattern file. --HG-- branch : develop
